One caregiver without a cleared background check had access to children.

Two children with a diagnosed food allergy did not have food allergy emergency plan. This was corrected at inspection when the food allergy plan was received for one child, and the admission form for the second child was updated to remove that the child has a food allergy after receiving email verification from the parent.

One child attending field trip with a diagnosed food allergy on enrollment form did not have a food allergy emergency plan. One child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have medication required on food allergy emergency plan.

There was no posting regaring the field trip.

Operation did not have a notarized affidavit for one employee.

The operation has not had a designated Program Director for at least two months.

One caregiver did not have affidavit on file.

The governing body has not notified Child Care Regulation in a change in the Program Director.

The site, program director and staff are not signing in at the site location to show hours worked or present at the location.

The operation's Initial Permit was not posted.

The governing body failed to notify Child Care Regulation in a change in controlling persons.

Based on the deficiencies found this inspection, the governing body has failed to ensure compliance with the Child Care Licensing law found in Chapter 42 of the Human Resources Code, Minimum Standard Rules for a Before and After School Program, and the rules under the Texas Administartive Code.
