One child's medication kept at the operation expired 8/23. A second child's medication had a worn off expiration date and could not be determined if it was expired.

The Program Director was lacking documented training for the following topics for the evaluation year 1/21-12/21: Administering medication, Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction, building and physical premises safety and Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials

A copy of the operation's monthly building and grounds checklist was not available for review by the inspector.

A child with an allergy plan on file had medication on site that expired in February 2021.

A fire drill for the month of April 2021 was not recorded as being conducted on the operation's fire drill log. The last recorded fire drill was held on 3/31/21. NOTE: The drill was recorded on the operation's drill sheet during the inspection.
