Cleaning supplies were observed in lower cabinets in all classrooms used by the children. The cabinets were accessible to the children in care. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers moved the supplies to a more secure location.

The fire extinguisher in the operation's van was not secured in the passenger compartment. The fire extinguisher was stored in the passenger side pocket. A picture was taken.

It was found that one caregiver did not have proper first aid training while having unsupervised access to children in age between the ages of 1 to 2 years old.

I observe caregiver present in the classroom that was missing current background check.

I observe the refrigerator in the kitchen area to contain food debris, stains inside the compartments and unsanitary. I observe gnats near the food prep area. Note: corrected during inspection.

During the inspection, two first aid kits were missing cotton balls. Note: Corrected when the cotton balls were added to the first aid kits.

Weeds and grass were growing through the mulch of the school age playground.

This standard was evaluated and found to be deficient. Caregivers did not use good judgment as they allowed children to remain in restrictive devices as a form of punishment for an extended amount of time.

During the inspection, there was evidence supporting a child was placed in a restrictive device as a form of discipline.
