At the time of inspection the last recorded safety drill was on 7/1/25 for fire, severe weather and lockdown drills. No other dates have been recorded following this date.

One child enrolled did not have their most current, according to their age, immunizations on file for review.

As part of the health and safety audit this training topic area was evaluated and the provider did not have record of the safety training topics of emergency preparedness, handling hazardous materials, preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases and medication administration.

At the time of inspection the provider did not have copies of menus available from the past months available for review.

One child present and enrolled into care did not have any admissions information available for review at the time of inspection.

The provider does not have all 30 hours of training certificates from the previous full year available for review at the time inspection. 18 hours of trainings were accounted for.

During naptime, one child was laying on a cot that was directly in front of the front door. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver moved the cot away from the door.

Two of the four children records reviewed were missing health statements from the children's health care professional.
