HighToy bins were observed in several rooms to have an accumulation of dirty on the inside bottom of the bins. The exercisers in the infant room had dirt in the cervices on the tabletop of the equipment. Several toys were found on the playground with cracks that were sharp to the touch. A lattice that is nail to another fencing is broke in several places and is sharp to the touch and accessible to children. This was corrected during the inspection.
