A parent expressed concerns not letting their children sit in caregiver's laps. Management did not verify whether or not a caregiver requested permission from parents to interact with children outside of the operation. Follow-up inspection completed on 03/20/23 staff put in the polices staff cannot have contact with children via social media. Staff will have a conference with parents and come up with a solution when concerns arise.
