During the inspection it was found that one of the caregivers, whose file was reviewed, only had 19 of their required 24 annual training hours.

During the inspection it was found that the director, whose file was reviewed, only had 24 of their required 30 annual training hours.

Based on the information obtained, infant daily reports are not being fully completed and provided to the parent.

During the inspection, 10 childrens records were evaluated and the following was observed: One child did not havee healthcare information or an emergency care authorization. One child did not have an address for their emergency contact. One child did not have a parent phone number or address for their emergency contact. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the operation called parents to gain information as well as during pick up.

One caregiver was missing nine hours of annual training for 2022-2023.

There is evidence to suggest that the standard is deficient.

It was found that caregivers are not using positive methods of discipline and guidance.

Eight out of ten caregiver files reiveiwed completed CPR Training online.

It was found that the acting director at the time of the incident failed to notify the owner and main director about the incident which resulted in not notifying CCR.

It was found that a school age child walked into the classroom and was left unattended.

One out of ten caregivers files reviewed is missing the CPR/First aid training.

During the walk through it was found that in one classroom the nap cots were not labeled and chart was not created. Note: this was corrected when the cots were labeled and chart was created.
