A 10-month old infant was observed drinking a bottle in a play yard while falling asleep.This was corrected at inspection when the bottle was removed.

There were two caregivers providing care to children unsupervised without pediatric CPR/First Aid training.

There was one caregiver providing care to children with a pending background check. This was corrected at inspection once the caregiver left the operation.

There were two caregivers providing care to children without pre-service training hours.

There were two operation staff providing care to children without a background check. This was corrected at inspection when the two operation staff left the operation.

Based on the information provided, there is sufficient evidence of children being spanked as a form of discipline.

There was two slides and one swing on a wooden porch play area that did not have loose fill. I spoke to the person in charge regarding this. They will be removing these item from the play area.

During a follow up inspection an updated operational policy with promotion of indoor and outdoor play was not available.

During an unannounced follow up inspection there were two children in care prior to a permit being issued to the operation. Children went home during the inspection.

During a walk through children were playing on a slide with no loose fill present.

While reviewing children's records applications did not have admissions dates available.

While doing a walk through outside there was a weed eater accessible to children.

While reviewing the operational policy there was no promotion of indoor and outdoor play available.

While reviewing personnel files there were no caregiver applications, qualifications, or notarized affidavits available.

During an unannounced inspection two people were present at the operation and in care of children without an active background check.

During the inspection a child was left in a room without supervision.

While reviewing files caregivers did not have orientation training available.

During an unannounced application inspection 8 children were in care at the operation. Children were sent home during the inspection.

During a walk through there was dust build up present in the corners and on the fans in the operation.

While reviewing records there was no documentation available for emergency drills and checks.

The childcare being provided is subject to regulation.
