An infant cried for attention while leaning forward with his hands towards a caregiver, the caregiver pushed his right arm to lean him up right, the caregiver did not hold or comfort the infant while he was crying.

A hand washing sink was used to warm bottles and wash eating utensils.

On the playground area, two equipment fixtures were observed to have chipped wood.

During the inspection, expired medication was observed stored for Ian B. The expiration date for the medication was November 9, 2022.

During the inspection, there was no recent documentation on file stating that the carbon monoxide detection system is being serviced and inspected as required. The last documentation on file was for the year 2018.

At the time of inspection there were 4 children with listed food allergies who did not have food allergy plans in their enrollment files.

Two of the children's records, that were reviewed, did not have the authorization for medical treatment section of the enrollment form completed.
