In video reviewed from 4/7/21, a caregiver puts their left hand around the right forearm of a ten month old infant and pulls the infant away from a bouncer seat. When the infant falls forward, the caregiver uses their right arm to hold the left armpit of the infant and moves the infant about two feet away from the bouncer seat. When the same ten month old infant crawls back to the bouncer seat and touches the bottom of the bouncer seat with their hands, the caregiver puts their left hand over the right upper arm of the infant and pulls the infant away from the bouncer seat for a distance of about 12 inches.
