Upon arrival to the operation the director's child, who was in care, was seen outside the building without caregiver supervision.

During the inspection the Electronic Child Safety Alarm was found to be non functioning.

During the investigation it was found that the centers van had been involved in a minor accident while children were on board.

During the inspection the back classroom was observed to have no caregiver present while the children slept. Both doors to the room were also closed preventing others from seeing inside.

Four records were reviewed and one is missing the medical authorization signature and special health needs section of the form.

Children under two years of age were observed watching television during inspection. Plan activities for this age group to ensure they are not able to view the screen. Screen time can only be used for one hour total per day.
