The van that is used to transport children does not have an electronic child safety alarm installed in the vehicle during the time of inspection.

The operational policies reviewed at time of inspection did not have written policies for promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity.

The operation did not have documentation for fire drills. The carbon monoxide documentation was last documented in April 2023.

The director did not have the required transportation training hours.

It was observed that children were being fed snacks on the bare table. The caregiver corrected this by placing napkins on the table for the children to use.

Upon entry of a classroom, I didnt observe a caregiver for approxitmately 3 minutes.

One caregiver with a group of children with a specified age group of 3 years old may only supervise a maximum of 15 children. The classroom was observed to have 18 children in care with one caregiver.

The operation did not have updated insurance.

The operation has broken chairs and playground equipment that hasn t been put together yet on the playground. After it was brought the caregiver attention, correction was made.
