Disinfecting wipes were found accessible to children in multiple locations during inspection. This was corrected at inspection when the caregivers removed to cleaning supplies from children's reach.

There was an epipen that expired on 5/2023 observed at inspection.

One child with a food allergy had an EpiPen that was not in the original container labeled with the child s full name.

The operation had 51 children in care during the inspection, putting them over their capacity of 46 children. The operation has measured space for 54 children but a requested capacity of 46 on their permit. This was corrected at inspection when the director requested to increase their capacity to 54 and paid the fees for the change.

Out of 6 staff records reviewed, one record did not have proof of a high school diploma, it's equivalent, or higher education.

Three out of six children files reviewed did not have vision and hearing.

Out of 6 personnel records reviewed, 6 did not have emergency preparedness, communicable disease and immunizations, administering medications, food allergy, building and physical premises safety, and hazardous materials trainings that are required annually.

Three plastic play structure on the playground were observed with cracks in the plastic. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed these items from the playground.

The last fire inspection was conducted 8/4/21.
