The operation did not have written policies on the following: suspension and expulsion, preventing /responding to A/N/E, and inclusive care services.

There was an individual present in areas used by the children that did not have a submitted background check. This was corrected at the inspection when the individual was advised to not step into the preschool during operating hours until background check is completed.

Two employees did not have documentation of their education requirements available for review, and one employee did not have training records available for review.

Out of the ten staff files reviewed two were short their 24 hours of annual training, or were missing training in the required topics.

Out of the ten children's files reviewed, four were missing their health statements.

There were nine caregivers missing trainings in the required topics.
