This was corrected when the caregiver removed the bags and placed them out of the reach of children. There was sunscreen and repellent cans accessible to the children in the two year old classroom. This was corrected when the sunscreens and repellent were placed out of the reach of children.

At the time of inspection one caregiver was in direct care of a group of children without First Aid certification.

At the time of inspection, three medications were accessible to the children in care. This was corrected when the medication was removed from the classroom and placed in the office.

One infant feeding schedule was expired.

Based on the information gathered the caregivers do not always wash the children's hands after diaper changes.

Based on the information gathered one caregiver in the center was using the broom that is used on the floor to sweep the table tops after meals.

Based on the information gathered the center staff failed to report the communicable illnesses within the required time frame.
