During the inspection, active play equipment on the playgrounds were found to not have enough space to provide the required use zones for safe play. The operation removed the equipment permenently or relocated it to another area where the uze zone can be observed.

The electrical room in in a classroom at the operation. The door to this room was left ajar and the fuse boxes were accessible to children. The Director locked both the room and fuse boxes once the issue was identified.

At the time of inspection, one child enrolled into care did not have their most current immunizations and/or affidavit for immunizations exemption on file for review.

At the time of inspection that operation's last documented fire inspection was in 8/2022. There is no indication of any fire drills following this date.

At the time of inspection the operation's last documented severe weather drill was conducted in 2/2022. There is no indication that another severe weather drill has been conducted following this date.

At the time of inspection the operation's last documented lockdown drill was conducted in 5/2022. There is no indication of another drill taking place after this date.

The last documented fire drill was conducted May 2022. The operation had not conducted a safety drill during the summer months.
