While the provider did have 30 hours of training, they were not in the required training areas. Abuse Neglect, Emergency Preparedness, Communicable Disease, Adminstering Medication, Physical Premesis, handling hazardous materials.

The operation had not conducted lock down drills.

A nine month old infant was observed in a crib asleep with blankets and toys in the crib.

The operation had not reviewed the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall list. The operation did not certify they have checked recalls by using form 2885.

A television at the operation in a room with the children was observed on a tall shelf and was not mounted or anchored. The operation had seven bottles of alcohol/ adult beverages on kitchen counter during inspection. This was corrected at inspection when the operation made the alcohol inaccessible to children in care. The grass in the operations backyard was observed to be tall.

The primary caregiver was lacking 30 training hours.
