    The outdoor sandbox was not cover, allowing rain and animals in the sandbox. The bathroom used by children had grime on the tub, toilet and sink. There was a trash can filled with trash in an infant's crib. This crib was used for an infant to nap in. The diaper changing area had debris and books on top of the changing table. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the items that were on top of the changing table then sanitized the diaper changing table.
