10 children's files were missing date of admission information.

9 personnel files were missing Education Qualification information. One file was missing pediatriac CPR and 10 files were missing orientation statement training.

The last gas leak inspection at the operation was on 7/1/19.

When observing diaper changes during the inspection, a caregiver was not washing their hands after removing their disposable gloves and before putting on new disposable gloves. This was corrected at inspection when Licensing spoke to the caregiver and the caregiver began washing their hands between glove changes.
