The childrens product certification was expired it had not been reviewed since 10/17/2023. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the product list was reviewed on line the form was signed and dated with todays date.

In the after school classroom the children were observed using tablets and phone not related to the planned activities that meet educational goals. Discussed with caregivers children can use electronic devices but it must be for educational purposes, not video games.

One of the ten caregiver records reviewed was missing the communicable diseases training for HASA purposes for the training year 8/30/21-8/30/2022.

Cleaning supplies in the infant room were under the sink accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the cleaning supplies from under the sink and put them on a shelf making them inaccessible to the children

During nap time the children mats were arranged to where children and caregivers could not walk between mats. Children were stepping on mats to walk to the restroom. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver moved children to another classroom to arrange the mats to where the children and caregivers can walk around the classroom.

Five training staff files were reviewed. Three out of the file staff members are missing first aid training and completed pediatric CPR training online.

Two out of five files reviewed have a foreign high school diploma/GEO or equivalent not yet translated into English.
