Director's is missing the following required trainings for the annual year 5/22/2024-5/22/2025: Building Safety, Allergic Reactions, Medication Administration, and Emergency Preparedness.

The playground area in the back of the building needs maintenance, the grass has outgrown.

One staff member is missing trainings on the following topics: -Hazardous Materials -Food Allergies -Administering Medications

Weekly Menu is posted, however, food items served during lunch do not match items listed. Lunch menu for today indicated children were having stew meat, rice, mixed vegetables and peaches. Children were served hot dogs, french fries and apples for lunch. Note: This was corrected at inspection when provider updated menu.

Operation does not have written lesson plans. Daily schedule for all ages indicates children have the choice of education or video movie 7-8am and 5-5:30 PM. Daily schedule does not indicate when physical activity takes place. Infant-age children have not been participating in outdoor play.

Feeding instruction for an infant-age child were last reviewed / signed by parent on 7/2022.

Four children's records were reviewed. One is missing an emergency food allergy plan and a second one is missing a health statement.

Fire Extinguisher is missing from Transportation Vehicle.

Operation did not notify Child Care Regulation after becoming aware that a child or an employee contracted a communicable disease deemed notifiable by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
