Safety documentation records for emergency drills, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors were unavailable at the time of the inspection.

Three infant feeding instructions were unavailable at the time of the inspection.

The operational policies were missing the following items: 1- Promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity, 2- The duration of physical activity at your home, both indoor and outdoor, 3- The recommended clothing and footwear that will allow a child to participate freely and safely in physical activities, 4- A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor time.

The emergency preparedness plan was missing the following items: 1- How children will be evacuated or relocated to the designated safe area or alternate shelter, including specific procedures for evacuating or relocating children who are under 24 months of age, who have limited mobility, or who otherwise may need assistance in an emergency, such as children who have mental, visual, or hearing impairments, 2- Name and address of the alternate shelter away from the home you will use as needed, 3- How you will continue to care for the children until each child has been released 4- How you will reunify the children with their parents as the evacuation, relocation, or sheltering/lock-down is lifted.

Five children, under the age of two years were observed watching television in the maim classroom during the inspection. Note: It was corrected during the inspection.

There were several boards along the fence in the backyard that were in need of repair.
