During the inspection it was observed that the director did not have their current CPR/First Aid certification available for review.

During the inspection the required exit time of 3 minutes or less during fire drills could not be verified due to no documentation. This was corrected during the inspection when the director conducted a fire drill and documented the exit time of less than 3 minutes.

During the inspection it was observed that the children's product certification form was not available for review.

During the inspection of the first aid kit a tube of triple antibiotic ointment was observed to have an expiration date of 05/2008 and a bottle of peroxide with an expiration date of 01/2020. This was corrected during the inspection when the director provided a new tube of triple antibiotic ointment and placed it in the first aid kit.

During the inspection it was observed that the last inspection report posted was dated 5/24/2017. This was corrected during the inspection when the director printed and posted todays inspection form.

During the inspection it was observed that the primary caregiver last reviewed the CPSC website and signed the children's product certification form on 5/18/2021. This was corrected during the inspection when the director reviwed the children's product certification website and printed, completed and posted the form showing todays date.

Primary caregiver did not have 30 clock hours of training as specified in 747.1309 of the minimum standards.

Primary caregiver did not certify in writing that the recall list has been reviewed within the past year.
