At the time of inspection, no documentation was available for review to indicate the time a fire, severe weather, or lock down drill had been conducted at the child care home.

One child did not have a vision/hearing screening on file for review at the time of inspection.

At the time of inspection, a copy of the statement of health for the provider's dog was not available for review.

The director/pirmary caregiver only had 13 training hours that could be accounted for during the previous full year. An additional 17 hours would be required.

A spray bottle of a cleaning solution was present on the floor of the restroom utilized by the children in care at the time of inspection. The spray bottle was readily accessible to the children in care. The provider removed the spray bottle from the area immediately, once it was brought to their attention.

One child did not have their required health statement on file for review at the time of inspection.

At the time of inspection one child enrolled in care didn't have their most current (according to their age) immunization record, and one child didn't not yet have a copy of their immunization record on file for review.

One child did not have the required, according to their current age, vision and hearing screening on file for review at the time of inspection.

There were two household members present in the home who do not have active statuses on their background checks.

Two household members were missing documentation showing they have completed orientation to the operation.

The two children in care did not have the required admission documentation on file at the operation; this was corrected at inspection when the parent emailed the required admission documents to the provider.

The director did not have current training on file for transporting children.

The director did not have current training on file for safe sleep techniques and early brain development.

The director did not have current training on file for: handling, disposing and storing of hazardous materials; preventing and responding to emergencies due to food allergies; administering medication.
