*There was an unstable and improperly secured baby gate in a doorway of the infant classroom leading to the outside of the building. This poses a risk of a child falling if the child were to grab or lean on the gate. *There was exposed sheetrock on the wall at the entry of the building. *There was one uncovered outlet accessible to children in the toddler/PreK classroom. **This was corrected at inspection when the outlet was covered.
