This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. It was discovered that a child had wandered outside to the playground without the caregiver's knowledge before being discovered by another caregiver 1-2 minutes later.

It was discovered during inpsection that the operation had moved a wall and added sinks to three classrooms reducing space. This was corrected at inspection when the operation submitted a letter stating that moved a wall in one classroom and added sinks that reduced space.

During a review it was discovered that six of six children's files reviewed were lacking parent notification of parent's right. This was corrected at inspection when the director provided and got signed acknowledgment they received.
