Caregiver in the toddler room did not provide accurate number of children in the classroom during naptine. Note: corrected during inspection.

I observe a fan in the pre-k and school -age rooms sitting on the floor accessible to children.

The playground fence contained pieces of wood protruding presenting safety hazards to children.

The toilet seat in toddler restroom was loose presenting safety hazard.

I did not observe documentation of director arrival and departure times at the center.

In kitchen next to the infant room the garbage was accessible without a lid. Note: This was corrected when the director removed the trash and replaced it with a lid.
