Hazards were observed around the home to include animal feces in the back yard, exposed cords that were accessible to the children, and the ceiling fan had dust build up.

The primary caregiver had 16 of the required 30 annual trainings, falling short by 14 hours.

Two electrical fans were observed on a cabinet and accessible to the children. Pet feces was observed in the back play area and accessible to children. Both the fans and the feces was removed, and corrected during the inspection.

During the monitoring inspection it was observed that the backyard area was not safe or suitable for children to play in.

During the monitoring inspection it was observed that there were vitamins sitting on a low counter near where the children were having lunch. This was corrected at inspection when it was relocated to a place not accessible to the children in care.

During the inspection two children's files were reviewed and it was found that one of the two files reviewed did not have emergency authorization consent.

During the inspection the outdoor area was observed to have several safety hazards to include yard equipment, cleaners, and a gas can. There were also plastic bins inside the indoor play area that were stacked high, creating a falling hazard.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the primary caregiver's CPR and First Aid training had expired 09/2022.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the children's product certification has not been completed since 04/2021. This must be completed annually.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the primary caregiver had only completed 12/30 of their required annual training hours.

During the inspection the provider did not have the required safety documentation for emergency drills, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors.This was corrected by Form 7263 being provided and the checks completed.
