One classroom with children under 18 months was using the reduction ratio and out of ratio. This was corrected when the co-teacher came back in the room.

During the walk through there were 3 spots on the wall that were found that had pealing paint that the children had access to that could be pealed.

During the walk through the diaper changing pads in 4 of the classrooms had tears and could no longer be sanitized properly.

During inspection the inspector observed the children in a high chair table to be unblucked in the straps. This was corrected at inspection.

During inspection there was a face plate observed to be missing off of an outlet in the pre-k room.

During inspection the immunization records were reviewed for 7 children and 4 records were missing updated records.

During inspection the inspector observed a caregiver using the diaper changing station as a table to place the milk cups and the milk on before serving the children. This was corrected at inspection.
