During review the operations policies were missing a full statement for inclusive services.

During review the operations emergency preparedness plan was missing information stating how the daycare will communicate during an emergency.

This standard was found to be out of compliance through a DFPS investigation. It was determined that a caregiver put hand sanitizer in a child's mouth as a form of punishment.

The required annual topics could not be reviewed during inspection.

The operation had not updated the CPSC posting since 2021. This was corrected at inspection when the operation completed a CPSC form/walk through.

The most recent inspection report was not posted.

Two televisions were observed to be not anchored.

The operational policy was reviewed during the inspection and found to be missing a safe sleep policy consistent with Subchapter H.

The operation did not annually report the number of employees who left in the previous year.

During the inspeciton I observe a diaper change, the caregiver did not wash the child's hands afterwards.

During inspection, one infant was not buckled in a safety strap in the bucket seat. The infant was buckled immediately.

After a diaper change, an infant's hands were not washed before placing the child on the floor. The caregiver picked up the child and washed their hands when it was brought to her attention.
