The current fire inspection expired on 09/04/2024.

Two out of four employees have expired First Aid and CPR.

The provider did not input the number of employees that left in 2024.

There is chipped paint in the pre-k and toddler classroom within reach of children. There is a water mark on the ceiling tile in the toddler classroom.

A child was laying in front of the door during nap time. This was corrected during the inspection when the child was moved.

The current fire inspection expired on 09/28/22.

Three out of three employee records is missing Understanding building and physical premises, including identification and protection from hazards that can cause bodily injury, such as electrical hazards, bodies of water and vehicular traffic.

A napping mat was blocking the exit. This was corrected during the inspection when the napping was moved.

Staff was asked how many children they had. Staff stated 17 it was verified by CCR there were 16 children in care.

Per a recording staff person can be heard telling a child they would not be going outside.

A child was left alone outside, and it was not reported to CCR.

Incident reports are not being shared with parents.

Based on the information gathered supervision was not met when a child was left outside by themselves.

In the toddler classroom the specified age group is 2. Ratio was 1:13 per the standards it is supposed to be 1:11.

Information gathered indicated appropriate supervision and transition protocols were not followed when a child was left alone on the playground. Information gathered also indicated that the group has children that are known to run and/or hide.

While an incident report was completed and the parent was notified of a serious incident that occurred, an incident report was not shared with the parent.

Three TV's are not mounted. Pictures were taken.

A teacher was asked how many children she had and she stated she did not know.

Four out of four employee records is missing preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction.

Diaper cream that states "Keep out of reach of children" was in an area children could access. This was corrected when the cream was removed.
