There was a large bowl filled with water for a dog that was on the floor. The kitchen area appeared to be cluttered, trash on the floor that kids could get into also. The back yard had hazards that would not be safe for children.

The provider did not have proof showing parents have been notified that she does not have current liability insurance.

During the unannounced inspection, there were items inside the home and outside in the yard that were within the children's reach that posed a potenial hazard to the children. The items inside the home were moved out of the children's reach during the inspection.
