On the playground an area of the surfacing has been ripped open, with parts of the surfacing being raised and creating a tripping hazard. In the same area where the surfacing is ripped, there is a large dip in the ground that is hard to see unless you are on it. This creates a tripping hazard for the children. An area in the infant classroom has laminate tile that has raised and broken edges.
