The sanitation inspection was not available for review during the time of inspection.

One caregiver completed first aid and CPR but did not have a copy available for review.

During the monitoring inspection it was observed that two infants in the infant room were sleeping in restrictive devices. There was a caregiver present in the room available to move them upon request.

During the motoring inspection it was observed that there was a (approx) 10 ft tall shelf in one of the toddler classes that was not mounted to the wall and if pulled on created a tipping hazard.

During the monitoring inspection it was observed that an 2 month old infant in the infant room was sleeping in a restrictive device.

There were 9 caregivers that did not have current in person CPR training with use of a manikin.

A 3 year old child was observed sitting in a high chair for time-out. The child was removed from the high chair during the inspection and went back to their classroom.

The childcare facility did not report communicable illnesses to Child Care Regulation within the required timeframe.

3 out of 6 staff records did not have a total of 24 hours in annual training.

5 out of 6 children records did not have a current immunization record on file.

During the inspection, the inspector observed a toy in a crib while the infant was sleep. The infant is younger than 12 months.

During the inspection, the inspector observed a water hose on the playground while toddlers were present. The inspector observed toddlers crossing over the water hose. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver removed the water hose from the playground.
