This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegation and found to be deficient. There was video evidence to support that a caregiver grabbed a child by the arm inappropriately in the classroom. The caregiver is no longer employed at the operation.

There was video evidence to support that a caregiver inappropriately disciplined a child by "popping" a child in the chest to get the child's attention. The caregiver is no longer employed at the operation.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. The parents were provided with an old copy of the parent handbook and were not provided with an updated copy when items were added.

The operational policies were reviewed and missing the following: suspension and expulsion policy, promotion of indoor and outdoor activities, parents rights, emergency preparedness plan, access to the adult chair, special needs policy.
