At the time of inspection the CPR certification that was obtained by the staff present was completedly online only, not in a face to face class with a practice manikin.

The fire extinguishers mounted in the childcare facility were last inspected in February 2023, according the tags placed on the extinguishers.

At the time of inspection one child did not have their most current immunization record, according to the current age, on file. One child did not have an immunization record available for review.

At the time of inspection the operation's last documented fire inspection was conducted on 3/9/23. The center director scheduled the next fire inspection during the observation time to be completed on Monday, 10/7/24.
