operation is missing the following trainings: (1) Emergency preparedness; (2) Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, including immunizations; (4) Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction; (5) Understanding building and physical premises safety, including identification and protection from hazards that can cause bodily injury such as electrical hazards, bodies of water, and vehicular traffic; and (6) Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials

A four month old infant was observed in a bouncer with a blanket. The blanket was used as a prop to hold the bottle up for the infant to drink the milk This was corrected during the inspection when the primary caregiver removed the infant from the bouncer and held the bottle for the infant

The safe sleep policy was missing from the operational policy handbook.

The promotion of physical indoor and outdoor activities were missing in the operational policy handbook.

The outside play area has wooden boards and a wooden fence with exposed nails sticking out of them, making it accessible to children.

The caregiver was observed standing outside in the drivway talking with a visitor upon my arrival. There were 7 children ages 11 months to 8 years old in the home unsupervised.

The primary caregiver was observed having 11 children in care which included 4 infants between the ages of 0-17 months, that puts the operation over ratio by 5 children.
