The caregiver has also swatted the same two children with a fly swatter to get their attention. The caregiver bit one of those two children as a way to show the child how it felt after the child bit another child. The caregiver forcefully yanked a child up by the arm when the child was crying and not listening to the caregiver's directions.

A caregiver told a child that they would scream in their ear if the child did not stop screaming.
