There was no admission information for three children in care.

A toddler was asleep on a futon instead of an individual mat/cot.

There was no sign in/out log or attendance for the children in care.

Two play yards used by infants did not have a sheet on the mattress.

The children were observed using their cell phone and IPADs. The children were not doing an activity.

The assistant caregiver did not have a current First Aid/CPR training.

There was a bucket of water in the area used by children. Note: The bucket of water was removed during the inspection.

The fence gate door leading to the pool was unlocked and wide open.

The children in care were not signed in. NOTE: Corrected during inspection as all ten children were signed in.
