The primary caregiver noted serious concerns regarding bruises that were observed on a child in care and stated that she knew she was required to report the suspected abuse. This information was obtained through the course of the investigation.

HighThe daycare home was operating over capacity. A video was provided as part of the investigation and there were at least 13 children observed to be in care. Thirteen children can clearly be seen in the video and it is unclear if a fourteenth child is laying in a bouncer, on the floor, near the table.
