During the walkthrough I observed a waterhose laying on the ground and paper debris on the ground. This was corrected when the director removed the hose and picked up the debris.

During the inspection I observed one caregiver caring for 6 infants with a SAG of 12-17 months. The ratio for the infants ages is 1:5. Caregiver was over ratio by 1 child.
