During the inspection the bus' first aid kits were reviewed and there were expired items found. These were replaced while I was present to meet compliance.

During the inspection it was observed that infant's bottles were being sanitized in the same sink and hand washing was taking place. This was corrected at inspection when the two sinks were labeled with their different purposes.

The director has not completed training in administering medications, food allergies, handling and storing of hazardous materials.

The center allows sprinkler play on a concrete surface. This was corrected at inspection.

Out of six children's records evaluated there were two health statements missing. The Director is going to correct this by getting the Health Statements.

Through the information obtained during the inspection, it was found that infants were not being taken outside. The Director is correcting this by ordering a baby buggy for ouotdoors and in the process of making a place for babies to have tummy time outside.

There are two areas on the playground that need the required amount of loose fill. The Director is going to correct this by getting the getting the loose fill installed and up supervision until the proper amount is installed.

One child's file was lacking a current immunization record.

Two caregivers were lacking current training for children under 24 months of age.

Three children's records were lacking a preschool health statement signed by a medical professional. All three children have been in care for over 12 months.

The Director was lacking current training for children under 24 months of age.

The Director and one caregiver were lacking current First Aid/CPR training.
