HighObserved a toilet in one room that was unable to be flushed which caused the bathroom to have a strong smell of urine. Observed the bus with trash all over the floor and seats. Observed multiple toys on the small playground that was broken, and had sharp pieces that could pinch children or cut them. Obsesrved the GaGa pit that had a metal guide post that was sticking out and can cause a child to fall and get injured on the guide post. There was a sheet on one of the cribs that had a rip in the sheet.

In the school age area, there were sunblock in a closet that did not have a lock on it and the sun block was in the reach of the children.
