During the inspection, two caregivers did not know any of the children's ages.

Based on information received during the investigation, it was found that the operation had rodent droppings in the kitchen.

During the inspection, I observed infants, toddlers and pre-k children in the classroom with one caregiver which resulted in the class being over ratio.
