One television in the school aged classroom was not anchored to prevent tipping.

The operation has not had a new fire inspection. The most recent fire inspection was from 12/21/2023.

The Operational Policies did not have the following items: Transportation Information on how to review Licensing Report and Minimum Standards online Information for contacting Local Licensing Office Preventing and Responding to Abuse and Neglect NOTE: This deficiency was corrected when the operation added the policies.

There was no operation of lockdown intruder drills.

Two transportation vans that seat more than 8 children did not have a safety alarm system.

The first aid kit on one bus did not have cotton balls. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when cotton balls were added to the first aid kit.

During summer camp, the school age children were allowed to bring their own electronic devices. The children who did not have their own electronic device, used the operation's computers and/or watched a movie. The screen time activities were during the duration of naptime which was between 2-2 1/2 hours.

As a form of discipline, the children were placed outside of the classroom in the hallway, had to write sentences, and/or time out exceeded their age.

There were 2 little tyke play structures on the playground that were cracked. One was cracked at the stairs to get on the play equipment and the other was cracked on the bridge part of the structure. Note: Pictures were taken.

The CPSC form was not made available upon request. Note: A new form was completed during the inspection.

There was a 7 month old in a crib with a blanket. Note: The blanket was removed during the inspection.

Two children did not have health statements on file.

One van used on 3/2/21 did not have a First-aid Kit. The First-aid Kit was added during the inspection.

Three out of 4 staff files reviewed had Online CPR only.
