Of three personnel files reviewed: - 2 were missing emergency preparedness training - 2 were missing food allergy training - 1 was missing administering medication training - 1 was missing current CPR/1st Aid training

The CPSC form was not certified for the current year. This was corrected at inspection when the director certified the form for this year.

Observed a gate to a fence with a whole in it.

Observed no activity plans for any classroom.

A caregiver that transports did not have transportation training on file to review.

There was 1 caregiver that had an expired CPR certification and there was 1 caregiver that did not have First Aid/CPR training certification.

A child did not have an immunization record on file.

A child did not have a health statement on file from a health-care professional after being enrolled for a year.

Children were not instructed to wash their hands before eating snack. This was corrected during the inspection when the inspector reminded the caregiver that hands must be washed before eating snack. The caregiver instructed the children to wash their hands.

The Director is missing 24 hours of required annual training.
