Two translated education documents for two caregivers did not indicate the equivalency of education in the U.S.A.

There was one caregiver caring for 5 infants. The specified age for the group was 0-11 months which allows 4 infants to 1 caregiver. Note The ratios were left in compliance as an additional caregiver was put in the classroom.

Training certificates were not available for review.

There was a loose section of the bottom moulding trim in the infant room which created a small opening on the wall. There were water stains on the ceiling on one of the classrooms used by the children.

There was trashcan without a lid in a classroom and the trash was accessible to the children in care. There were 4 tricycles with chipped paint and other bicycles with missing the rubber handle grips. There were purses accessible to the children in the classroom. Note: Purses were moved out of reach of the children.

Five caregivers did not have a current CPR/First Aid training.
