The Fire inspection expired on 3/20/2024. The Director is going to correct this by getting the fire inspection done.

There were ten children in chairs that were not strapped in. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by removing the children from the chairs.

There were three caregivers who did not have CPR and First Aid. The Director is going to correct this by getting the caregiver scheduled for CPR and First Aid.

The operation failed to give the parent an incident report when they found out that a child received medical treatment.

The Director failed to report Licensing when it found that a child received medical treatment for an injury that occurred at the operation.

There were seven feeding instructions that were out of date. The Director is going to correct this by getting the feeding instructions updated.

There were three children that were missing health statements. The Director is going to correct this by getting the health statements.

There were seven infant feeding instructions that have not been updated. The Director is going to correct this by getting the infant feeding instructions updated.

There was a person present at the operation counted in ratio whose background check was inactive. The Director re-entered the background check and had the employee leave until the background check clears and the operation receives confirmation.

There were two playgrounds that had equipment that did not have the proper amount of loose fill. The Director is going to correct this by getting the loose fill installed and up supervision while on the playground.

Based on the information obtained during the investigation it was learned that a child was inappropriately disciplined when a caregiver spanked a child with a ruler. The Owner is going to have a training with the caregiver on appropriate discipline techniques and send the documentation to Licensing.
