The operation did not have any menu's for review.

Observed the children eatting spaghetti and meatballs, graham cracker and water. I did not observe the children have milk, fruit, vegitable. The primary caregiver stated that they did have bread and a banana while the food was being cooked.

The last inspection report that was posted was 2023.

water hoses should not be laying down across your playground as this causes a tripping hazard. Water hoses should be wound up in a circle where children do not play.

The operation did not have the childrens product safety report available for review.

Observed the grass on the playground really high. Also observed outside play slides that were cracked and missing parts. The gate to the playground is not able to be latched and secured.

Out of 3 children records, two did not have emergency medical attention information in their file.

There were 6 dogs outside on the property, one dog had vaccinations, but the other 5 dogs vaccinations could not be provided for review.

Observed 3 children records, one was missing immunizations.

Observed rose bushes and a carpet blocking the exit to enter the playground.

Observed only 1 hour of training for the primary caregiver were available for review. The primary caregiver was also missing the following items; education, and photo ID

The operational policies were missing the following items; parents rights, safe sleep, recommending clothing and footware, a plan to ensure physical activities occur when you cannt be outside.

During the follow-up inspection it was found that the primary caregiver's CPR and First Aid training had expired on 02/08/2024.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the operation did not have a menu available for review.

During the monitoring inspection it was observed that the operation's bathroom had a visibly dirty toilet, the ceiling fans were covered with dust and there was a strong smell of dog in the home.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the operation was not going outside for outdoor play on a regular and consistent basis, even when weather permitted.

The operation had a 1 A 10 BC fire extinguisher which is not appropriate for a childcare home. The home must have a 3A 40 BC fire extinguisher.

The caregiver did not have proof of any training.

The primary caregiver did not have a first aid/CPR card to provide to licensing.

Safety hazards were found outside and inside the home.

Provider did not have a certified form upon request.

An 8 month old infant was observed to have an empty bottle of milk next to him while sleeping in his play yard. Bottle and bib were removed.

Written feeding instructions were not available.

The provider did not have a personnel file for review.
