During an evaluation of records, the provider administers eye drops to a child in care but did not have authorization signed by the parent.

During the inspection, the fire extinguisher was observed not mounted, in a closet in the kitchen.

During a walk though of the outdoor play area, the operation did not have the required 4 Ft. fence around the play area.

During the inspection, the provider did not have printed menus and accessible for licensing to review.

During a walk through of the operation, the children were observed watching and dancing to a program on the television that was not related to an educational activity. Children under the age of 2 were included in the group. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider turned the television off.

During the inspection, cleaning supplies were observed underneath the bathroom cabinet and accessible to children. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the supplies and put them in a room inaccessible to the children.
